How It Began

The roofing system is the culmination of Mehmet Yigit's extensive lifetime experience in the construction industry. The Multi Core System

  1. The Multi Core Membrane overlaps the parapet to close the joint between the wall and the roof.
  2. All the Multi Core Membranes return and overlap the parapet to ensure there is no leakage between the wall and the roof. 
  3. The top layer of the Multi Core provides a UV coating to protect the system from sunlight and the elements.
  4. The Multi Core Membrane spans the entire area of the roof wrapping all fixtures and penetrations waterproofing the roof.
  5. The Multi Core Foam Board is a double coated high density foam board to increase impact resistance and level the roof. 
  6. The EPS provides the required insulation value as per customer requirements.
  7. Our proprietary fire and water resistant coated plywood, exterior drywall or our proprietary fire and water resistant coating plate can be used to provide fire resistance on top of the steel deck.
  8. Metal fasteners to tie down the Multi Core systems from the EPS to the steel deck.
